According to VDM, hackers infiltrated the NGO's website, resulting in the unauthorized transfer of N180 million.

VDM disclosed that the breach left him distressed over the past few days.He stated that the hackers accessed the NGO's website and diverted N180 million.Law enforcement agencies have apprehended one suspect, and an account containing N20 million has been frozen.However, N160 million remains unaccounted for, having been transferred to another account.

In response to the breach, VDM has temporarily shut down the NGO's website and placed it under maintenance to prevent further unauthorized access.He is currently en route to Jos with law enforcement officials to recover the diverted funds and bring the perpetrators to justice.

The NGO, launched in October 2024, focuses on societal improvement projects. It garnered significant attention after raising over N21 million within 24 hours of its inception.Notably, music producer Don Jazzy contributed N100 million to the cause.
