The fundraising campaign for the IBB Library Project witnessed overwhelming support from Nigeria’s elite, culminating in an impressive ₦17.5 billion in contributions. Among the notable donors were:

  • BUA Group Chairman Abdul Samad Rabiu – ₦5 billion
  • Africa’s richest man, Aliko Dangote – ₦8 billion (pledged over four years)
  • Former Defense Minister General Theophilus Danjuma – ₦3 billion
