ABUJA, NIGERIA - In a decisive move to regulate real estate development, the Federal Housing Authority (FHA) has issued a three-month deadline for estate developers in the Lugbe, Karu, and Kubwa areas of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) to regularize their construction approvals. Crackdown on Unauthorized Developments
The FHA management announced the suspension of all ongoing developments in these areas until the required documentation is provided.
